1. Who We Work With
We provide consulting services to UK and European businesses. Our services are designed for companies looking to improve business performance, structure, and internal systems. We reserve the right to decline work with businesses in restricted industries (including but not limited to gambling, adult entertainment, and high-risk financial products) or those that fail to provide adequate access or cooperation.
2. Use of This Website
This website is provided for informational and commercial purposes. You must not: use the site in a way that causes harm, interrupts service, or compromises data; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, server, or databases; copy or reproduce any site content without written permission. We may restrict or suspend access to the site if we believe it’s being misused.
3. Service Engagement
All services are subject to a signed agreement outlining: scope of work, duration, fees and payment terms, delivery expectations, and client responsibilities. We only begin work once the agreement is signed and initial payment (if applicable) is received.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your proposal or contract. Unless otherwise stated: invoices are due within 14 days; late payments may incur a 2% interest fee per month; work may pause if payment terms are not met. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied where applicable.
5. Client Responsibilities
To complete work, clients must: provide access to relevant documentation, systems, and staff; respond within agreed timelines to avoid delays; assign a point of contact for communication. Delays caused by lack of access, feedback, or cooperation may impact delivery timelines and outcomes.
6. Confidentiality
We keep all client information confidential. This includes financial data, internal documentation, and project-related materials. We may use anonymised project summaries in future case studies but will never disclose identifiable information without written consent. Both parties agree to sign NDAs if required.
7. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, templates, models, and documentation we provide remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You are granted a licence to use deliverables within your organisation. You may not share, sell, or distribute them outside your company without written approval.
8. Cancellations and Terminations
You may cancel a project before it starts. If cancelled after confirmation, fees may apply based on time spent or booked. We reserve the right to terminate a contract if: there is a breach of agreed terms; invoices remain unpaid beyond 30 days; required access or communication is not provided within a reasonable time.
9. Limitation of Liability
We work to ensure the quality and accuracy of all services. However, we are not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; business interruption; loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity; delays caused by third-party platforms or service providers. Our total liability is capped at the total fees paid for the services in question.
10. Data Protection

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them will be resolved in English courts.
